A member of the vitamin B complex, vitamin B5 is a water-soluble vitamin which helps to break down carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in foods so that they can be utilised by the body. It is found naturally in a wide variety of meat and vegetables including broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms, poultry, dairy products, and eggs. This vegan formulation contains 350mg per capsule to support energy production within the body.
